Having immersed in the corporate world for over a decade in the role of a regulatory lawyer, I know first hand the importance of maintaining mental balance when faced with the daily hustles in the workplace, at home and showing up authentically in our relationships.
It is my passion to bridge the gap between success and wellness in our everyday life. As it is my belief that our overall wellbeing inevitably leads to exponential growth of your success.
I was formally trained in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breath work, quantum mindset and self empowerment. These trainings allow me to help individuals to rediscover their strengths and create sustainable results.
I am Irene, I am a Coach and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. It is an honour to meet you.
Till this day, I continue to evolve as a person, coach, entrepreneur, and meditation, yoga and sound healing practitioner.

This is the epitome of my story. This.
This offering - Wellness Light.
Let me explain.
When I was 2 years old, my parents, as a desperate move, changed my name because I was so sick that they thought they were going to lose me.
(To some elderlies in our tradition, changing your name helps changing your fate.) Not sure if it is because of that, I survived.
Now that we've got that out of the way
Today I am the strongest and healthiest member of the entire extended family. I no longer suffer from asthma or fatigue.
As I found self-care.
This is the epitome of my story. This.
This offering - Wellness Light.
Let me explain.
When I was 2 years old, my parents, as a desperate move, changed my name because I was so ill that they thought they were going to lose me.
(To some elderlies in our tradition, changing your name helps changing your fate.) Not sure if it is because of that, I survived.
There was a time when I would cry myself to sleep in the evening, and wake up in tears.
And when I arrived at my office, the first thing that I would do is to close the door, and began crying on the floor, silently.
That was a time when I lost someone who could not stop cheating.
A year later, I manifested a partner whom, no matter how bad things got, would not stop telling me how beautiful he genuinely thought I was, who would wake up in the middle of the night to pour me a glass of warm water or even cook a meal for me, who would not judge me no matter what I did, everyday for the entire duration of our relationship.
As I found self-love.
When I first started working in a law firm as an assistant, I panicked every single moment of my existence. I felt like I did not belong.
I thought I was not good enough.
One day during the first week, I arrived to see a pile of cardboard boxes next to my cubicle and I thought, “oh no, they are going to fire me”. (They weren’t, law firms simply love hoarding cardboard boxes for the case files.) That was a time when I was so timid that no one in the office could hear me speak.
Three years later, I got promoted to lawyer position the week I found out I passed my bar exam. I specialised in regulatory work and became the go-to person on regulatory matters in a very successful team of a reputable international law firm.
Despite that, one day I decided to follow my heart to build a career that truly aligns with my soul’s calling.
And this is it.
As I found self-empowerment.
I know first hand how these tools and techniques can transform anyone's life. They helped me to achieve my first dream of becoming a lawyer, then the courage to leave all that behind to be on a path that truly aligns with who I am today.
They allow me to gain confidence and self-mastery despite the odds of starting a business solo in the pandemic.
They are simple but extraordinary, empowering and transformative.
My mission today is to share them with you.

There are many definitions of "coaching".
In my work, coaching is where a coach creates a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space, while being fully present in working with you, acting as your thinking partner to any issue that you bring to the session.
Sometimes, it is about me holding space for you to have a much needed conversation with yourself that you are hesitant or reluctant to have with yourself.
"What is coaching?"
*International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
Coaching, by comparison to therapy, is future and action oriented. It allows you to go from functional to optimal.
It focuses on bringing your best self forward.
It helps define the aligned path for you by identifying and motivating you to take meaningful actions that will move you forward, instead of dwelling on the past.
"How is coaching different from therapy?"
Every session is different. My coaching style adapts to each client's unique needs and what works for them.
However, most sessions include identifying the goals, unearth unique and often unconscious dynamics behind our actions and reactions, get to the root of unhelpful patterns that hold us back, and co-creating an impactful outcome, action plan, exercise or mindset shift that is sustainable.
"What does a typical session look like?"
In our co-creation relationship, in order to create the biggest impact for you, you are expected to
- commit to show up on time and be present;
- do the work and take responsibility for the outcome of the coaching; and
- be kind and compassionate to yourself while committed to grow and create changes.
"What is expected from the client?"
